Trouble Shooting FAQs
I am sorry that you seem to be experiencing difficulties in using the PsyKey online test administration system. Only a small fraction of users experience any difficulty and nearly all of these problems are caused by one of the following. Click on the link below that best describes your difficulty:
- When I get to the registration page, I get an error
- I can register but when I click on the flag to select a language I get an error
- When I try to register I get an error message which says PK-RG001
- I get an error message when I try to submit my completed assessment
- Returning to complete a questionnaire
- I experience problems registering or loading assessments
Operational since 1999, the PsyKey online test administration system was the first in the UK and has twice been completely rebuilt to maintain its technical edge. However, the complexity and traffic levels of today's internet combined with the pace of change in telecoms and IT present a constant stream of new challenges that need to be addressed.
Returning to complete a questionnaire
If for any reason you need to return to the questionnaire (to complete an unfinished administration or because of a lost connection or submission difficulties), simply follow these instructions:
Re-launch your Web Browser and return to the PsyKey site. Enter your Access Code, when you get to the PsyKey Registration page click on the option at the top of the page:
If you have already registered, please click here to log-in.
Then use your personal password and email address to log in. You may then wish to use the sample questions again to re-familiarise yourself with the procedure, or you can simply bypass these to pick up the questionnaire where you left off.
