Trouble Shooting FAQs

I am sorry that you seem to be experiencing difficulties in using the PsyKey online test administration system. Only a small fraction of users experience any difficulty and nearly all of these problems are caused by one of the following. Click on the link below that best describes your difficulty:

  1. When I get to the registration page, I get an error
  2. I can register but when I click on the flag to select a language I get an error
  3. When I try to register I get an error message which says PK-RG001
  4. I get an error message when I try to submit my completed assessment
  5. Returning to complete a questionnaire
  6. I experience problems registering or loading assessments

Operational since 1999, the PsyKey online test administration system was the first in the UK and has twice been completely rebuilt to maintain its technical edge. However, the complexity and traffic levels of today's internet combined with the pace of change in telecoms and IT present a constant stream of new challenges that need to be addressed.

 

When I try to register I get an error message which says PK-RG001

This means that either you have registered before, or someone with details very similar to yours has already registered using the same access code. It is unlikely that someone with exactly the same details would register under the same access code however if this occurs please contact us on +44 (0) 1892 559540. Please also contact us if you have already registered and can’t remember your log in details.
